I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly adequate for a skiing holiday, although a bit on the small side. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit small but big enough, and slightly dated, but the view over the garden area was amazing, especially from room 41. The service was exceptional, with Rob the manager and James the Inghams rep going above and beyond to cater to our needs, including special dietary requirements. The location was perfect, just a walk away from the ski bus and right in the heart of Zermatt, offering breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The dining was consistent but the same choices every day, with a highlight of marinated fish. The facilities were great overall.
