Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were inviting, clean, and offered a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn. The service was top-notch, with warm hospitality and delightful treats. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of Zermatt, with easy access to shops, bars, and stunning views of the Matterhorn. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, lacking variety and flavor. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic!
Waking up to the amazing sight of the Matterhorn from the room was a definite highlight, even though the decor was a bit tired. The rooms were spotlessly clean and a good size, making for a comfortable stay. The ski locker room was convenient for storing equipment, but some parts of the hotel lacked modern updates.
The Atlanta Hotel is a cozy spot with great potential, offering basic rooms with essential amenities, though in need of some updates. The service is friendly and knowledgeable, making it a pleasant experience overall. The central location in Zermatt provides easy access to key ski attractions, while the dining experience, although decent, lacks a bit of variety. Despite some room for improvement, the Atlanta Hotel is a convenient choice for a ski vacation.
Waking up to an amazing Matterhorn view was unforgettable. The room was spacious, but the tiny bathroom with the sink in the room was a bit unusual. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing various attractions and transportation options.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and in excellent condition, and the balcony overlooking the Matterhorn was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding, with welcoming and friendly staff who catered to our every need. The location was superb, central in Zermatt with easy access to lifts and town. The dining experience was simple but satisfying, offering a nice selection of breakfast items. I found the facilities top-notch and enjoyable.
The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for both the ski slopes and town amenities. The rooms are spacious but with a small bathroom setup, ideal for a quick drink before or after meals. The service is attentive and accommodating to dietary needs, though lacking in creativity. Dining options are basic and affordable. However, the lack of variety in meals could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and decorated in the latest style, making them well worth it. What more could you need in a room, right? The service was top-notch, with the staff being very attentive and pleasant to get to know. The central location was a real bonus, close to all the lifts and town amenities, plus the stunning view of the Matterhorn from my bedroom window. The dining options were simple but good quality, and the facilities were of a good standard. Overall, a great value for money stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and perfectly adequate for a skiing holiday, although a bit on the small side. Waking up to the amazing Matterhorn view was truly breathtaking. The service was a mix, with some room for improvements but generally lovely and attentive, especially to our young grandchildren. The location was excellent, offering easy access to bars, shops, ski lifts, and main attractions without the need to climb up hills. The dining experience was simple but included a good range of cereals, breads, and cold meats. Overall, a good value for a holiday stay.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were a bit small but big enough, and slightly dated, but the view over the garden area was amazing, especially from room 41. The service was exceptional, with Rob the manager and James the Inghams rep going above and beyond to cater to our needs, including special dietary requirements. The location was perfect, just a walk away from the ski bus and right in the heart of Zermatt, offering breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The dining was consistent but the same choices every day, with a highlight of marinated fish. The facilities were great overall.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms offered the most amazing view over the old town slate rooftops, facing the Matterhorn. While it was a bit noisy, the view made up for it. The service was top-notch, with the staff looking after us really well and always being friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, central in Zermatt with easy access to transportation and stunning views of the Matterhorn. However, the dining experience was basic and lacked variety. Despite that, the overall experience was fantastic.
